The Gathering by Inhalō
A day to breathe, move, connect, create & simply be.
The Gathering is a one-day immersive experience created for anyone who feels like they need to step away from the noise of everyday life and make a little space for themselves. It's about meeting yourself where you are.
Throughout the day, you'll be guided through a carefully curated mix of immersive breathwork, the Holosomatic Method, gentle yoga, mindfulness & creativity, and a soothing sound bath, with each experience offering a different way to slow down, reconnect and come back to yourself.
And because gathering is about more than the activities, there will be plenty of space to meet others, share conversations, laugh, be quiet, eat together and simply enjoy being present.
